2 · what we collect

Only what you send us yourself — by e-mail, the contact form or the consultation application: name, e-mail address, phone and company name if you include them, and the content of your message. This website has no user accounts and collects nothing in the background.

3 · why we process it

• to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps)
• to deliver and invoice ordered services (performance of a contract)
• to send occasional studio news — only if you subscribed (consent, revocable any time)

4 · no tracking on this site

This website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. When you submit a form, its content is delivered straight to our office@crex.media inbox through the FormSubmit relay (formsubmit.co) — nothing else is collected while you browse. Details are in the cookie notice.

5 · who else sees the data

Messages arrive at our e-mail provider, form submissions are delivered by the FormSubmit relay, and the site is served by a hosting provider — all act as processors and see only what is technically necessary. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

6 · how long we keep it

Inquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact. Contract and invoicing records: for the period required by accounting and tax law. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

7 · your rights

• access, correction and deletion of your data
• restriction of processing and data portability
• withdrawal of consent at any time
