1 · who we are

Services under the crex.media brand are provided by IMPEX Pro s.r.o., [ registered address ], company ID (IČO) 55515151 („the studio“). Contact: office@crex.media.

2 · services

The studio provides web design and development, photography and video, branding and graphic design, online advertising and SEO — one-off or as monthly subscriptions.

3 · quotes & prices

Prices published on this website are indicative „from“ prices. Binding is only the written quote prepared for your project; quotes are valid 30 days. Anything outside the quoted scope is agreed and priced in writing before work continues.

4 · ordering & cooperation

A project starts when you confirm the quote by e-mail. Agreed timelines run from the moment the studio has the materials and approvals needed; delays in supplying them extend deadlines accordingly.

5 · payment

Work is invoiced as set out in the quote — typically a deposit before the start and the balance before launch or handover. Subscriptions are invoiced monthly. Due dates and payment details are stated on each invoice.

6 · revisions

Every quote states the number of revision rounds included. Further rounds or changes of direction after approval are quoted additionally — always before the work is done.

7 · intellectual property

Upon full payment you receive the usage rights to the final deliverables. Working files remain with the studio unless the quote says otherwise. The studio may present the finished work in its portfolio and communication unless we agree differently in writing.

8 · subscriptions

Care and creative subscriptions run month to month and can be cancelled in writing to the end of the current month. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platforms and are not part of the studio's fees.

9 · liability & law

The studio is liable up to the amount actually paid for the affected service and is not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party platforms. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic; anything not covered here follows the applicable statutes.
