Overview
ALTUS is a studio-built website for a premium real-estate developer, live as a demo — portfolio, project pages and an identity that reads solvent.
Design
Navy and gold with Fraunces serifs and an editorial mono preloader — closer to a private bank than a property listing. Photography sits in large, quiet frames.
UX
Buyers scan projects; investors scan the company. The structure serves both without doubling content, and the portfolio grid is editable for new developments.
Build
Hand-coded HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript with a built-in content editor.
